My left eye was swollen, well actually till now it is still swelling, but it is better now, after I came back from a 3d2n stay in the hospital.
Why "bengkak"?
1. I spy on girl/s bathing, got too heatty, then eye swelled
OR
2. Rubbed my eye too hard, dirt got inside, clogged up one of the 70 oil glands in the upper eyelid, and caused infection.
No.2 is a better explanation, of course.
How to cure " bengkak"
1. Go to the clinic and get urself some oilment to apply which is obviously not working after using it for 2 days
2. Get back to the doctor, and he will refer you to an eye specialist.
3. Admit into the hospital, so that you can get 3 injections of antibiotic per day
4. Once swell had reduced, go back to the eye specialist, he will flip over your upper eyelid, and cut the infected oil gland, to allow clogged oil to flow out.
5. Wear an eye patch
6. Next day get back to the doctor, he will remove the eye patch, examine, then you are free to go!!
Moral of the story is
Don't rub your eyes.
