Flashback

thinking back about it, I did quite alots of mistakes while I was at work. Well something miss out an order, place wrong order, serve food/beverage to the wrong table, and even giving back the wrong change to the customers......

To err is to be human, so I accept my mistakes, and improve along the way...

However, there are times when you've made a mistake, and you have the big "oh-no" inside you head, that's when you know you've made big big mistake...

1st case.
I was just a few days old cashier, and it was a super busy Friday afternoon. The customer paid by card for his meal, RM 116.00, but I being careless keyed in Rm16.00 into the merchant machine. Big mistake, 100 ringgit short.
However luckily, that customer was the admin staff friend, and the RM100 was paid back in cash.

2nd case
This is worse. I lost the cash drawer key! and also the supervisors some other keys.... I've searched the whole restaurant up and down. The key is still missing till this moment.
I must have dropped the key somewhere obvious, and someone must have definitely found it. Could it be someone wanted to see me fired? Who am I to say that? when it was I who lost the key.
A new set of keys were made. I didn't get fired of course.

3rd case
I've kept the "best " for the last. IT was simple, the whole thing happened in a split second. The glass just toppled from the tray and the carrot juice strained a ladies dress.
To make matter worse, it was White, and it is her favorite dress =.=

So what can you do? Sorry sorry sorry...... In the end the manager made it up for me. After sweet talking for a while, a deal was reached. He will try to wash the dress, and if he fail to get the stain out, he will personally pay the lady for the cost of the dress.
Wow, I really owe him one!

4th
No more d la. I'm not take lousy!!! hahaa
