Package arrived at 1pm.
This time I ordered a smaller and cheaper kit but, didn't not dare to insert it into the circuit, in case I fried it again =.=
Check the power supply before inserting the chip, wait there is a problem with the power supply.ARRHH!!!

Ah ha!! the power jack pin is polarity is inverted!!
I designed it with a positive polarity adapter in mind , but the new adapter I used is is a negative one. The results of not reading the info label.

Solution: connect a bridge rectifier between the power jack and voltage regulator, and you can use any polarity adapter.
